After some adjustments and hooking the mower up to the tractor, old John Deere #5 is working. It's a lot more work than with the disk-mower; Cliff has to keep his head turned all the time, looking back. And there are frequent stops to unclog the thing. But at least the hay is going to get mowed... I hope.
Looks like he is doing good. I hope it holds out until it is all cut. Bet that neck will be sore later. I think your home looks pretty at the top of the page. Helen

ReplyDeleteLove your new picture of your home on your header. It looks really nice! Looks like Cliff is having a good time tinkering with his new tractor. I'd have to put a rear view mirror on there though or my neck would fall off! That reminds me I go to the chiropractor this morning.
