I took my usual Missouri-river-bottom ride this morning. Although clouds covered the sky and rain sprinkled on me at times, it was a lovely ride as usual.
With flash....
Without flash.
With flash...
Without flash.
No flash shot was necessary here; I love the reflections.
When I'm riding near the river, praying comes as naturally as breathing.
Mom, consider using flash less and less. Most often, "available light" is enough, and makes for a better shot. The one of Blue proves that. I was told that by a photog. at work, and it's usually fine. If you see it blurred, bump up the shutter speed. If available light still isn't enough, turn the shutter speed back down and turn on the flash. You'll be amazed at the results.
