Saturday Six

Here are this week’s “Saturday Six” questions. Either answer the questions in a comment at Patrick's Place, or put the answers in an entry on your journal…but either way, leave a link to your journal at Patrick's Place so that everyone else can visit! To be counted as “first to play,” you must be the first player to either answer the questions in a comment or to provide a complete link to the specific entry in your journal in which you answer the questions. A link to your journal in general cannot count. Enjoy!

1. Other than the state you currently live in, which state have you visited most often? Probably Kansas, if you count the times I've passed through it going to Colorado.

2. If you had to move from your current state, which three states would you most likely consider for a new place to live? Colorado, Arkansas, Tennessee

3. Think of your home state: off the top of your head, do you think you could accurately name your state’s slogan, the state bird, and at least half of the counties (or parishes) that make up your state? We're "the show-me state". I'm pretty sure our state bird is a bluebird. Half the counties? No way!

4. Take the quiz: Which State Should You Live In?

You Should Live in Alaska

If you don't want to live in Alaska, you might also consider:

Arkansas

Idaho

Indiana

Iowa

Kansas

5. Which state do you have the hardest time seeing yourself visiting some day? Maine, because it's so far away.

6. What’s the biggest tourist attraction or draw you’d mention to someone considering a visit to your state? The Ozarks region, especially in the fall.

  1. It told me I should live in Oklahoma. I don't think so.
