The highlight of my dog's day is mine and Cliff's walk in the pasture. We toss a stick, she retrieves it and then dares us to take it away from her. This goes on for most of the time we're walking, every day. Now that our little pond is frozen, we've had fun throwing the stick on the ice and watching Sadie overshoot it. ReplyDeleteThat is funny! I think she likes the sliding part as much as the fetching part! My dog Petey loves to play fetch and he does the same thing-dares you to take it away-I think his favorite part of it is trying to keep me from getting the toy.
