What a RACE. And big upset !! Ya never know what those runnin' horses are gonna do.
Look like things are really bursting forth, sprouting up, and out around your place these days. Glad you are enjoying your time outside when the weather permits.

Didn't you hear me yellin? I loved every second of it.......muddy track and all. They had horses from Dubai fly over the ocean and this horse was driven by his trainer in a truck. He jockey has won a derby before, but it was something to behold. Gosh I wish I had a $10.00 bet on that little guy. (horse and jockey) Anne
Your place really looks nice. I love the porch and roof you have at your front door. Yes, we watched The Kentucky Derby, and I too was so glad he won. He was such a happy guy, and I loved the way he mentioned his Mom and Dad. So touching. My neice and her husband went to the race. They live in Lexington, KY. They said they had a great time. Well, I have to have a mammogram today, and I'm not looking forward to it. I haven't had one in 4 years, and it makes me nervous. Please keep me in your prayers. Thank you. Hugs, Pat

ReplyDeleteIt was amazing how he came from the rear along the rail and just passed everybody. I wonder about horse racing. If it is cruel. I know dog racing is.
