First, a look at my Golden Rain Tree:
Next, the good news, ten babies and two more (at least) to come:
I suspect the two lightest-colored ones are from Chickie's eggs. Remember Chickie, who used to be my pet?
Now for the bad news:
Now they are picking my tomatoes at night.
Either a possum or a coon.
They're still eating them right on the vine, too.
How wonderful that you have all those baby chicks. They are so adorable. Something, I suspect a neighborhood ground hog, has been eating our green tomatoes off the vine here too. Yes even in the city we do have critters.
ReplyDeleteThe chicks are very cute! I would be angry about the tomatoes because I love fresh ones. Is there any kind of barrier you can put around them. I have metal cages.
ReplyDeleteChickys are pretty. We have had chipmunks eat our green tomatoes before and even birds.
ReplyDeleteThe baby chicks are so sweet. It is a shame your tomatoes are getting ravaged by some varmit.
