It's a good thing
We like sweet potatoes.
I used Iris as a size reference. I can hardly believe it, but in the upper photo I called her to that spot and told her to sit... and she did! Good dog, Iris.
By the way, I only dug about half the sweet potatoes. I got tired of digging. That is some hard, hard work!

It looks like one potato could feed 4 people easily. They apparently loved the hot summer growing season. You will have plenty for a huge Thanksgiving feast for sure!
