Dear Apple

If I had purchased my Ipad six days later than I did, you would have given me either $100 back or else let me trade it for the new Ipad 2.
Come on, give me a break.  Please?
I just did an entry in this blog about being a confirmed Apple user.  Doesn't free advertising count for something?

Let's see if Apple is as attentive and vigilant as CenturyLink has been to my complaints.

  1. Hoping things work out to where you can trade it in for the new one!

  3. My husband ordered a new iPod Touch yesterday. You can expect their price to plummet any day now. He's been trying to foist his old one onto me with no success to justify his need for a new one. I'll probably use it eventually but it sure isn't on my bucket list of things I want/need.

  4. You really should just send a email to them directly. I'm pretty sure they have customer service on their web page. Anyway it'll be interesting to see if they pick up on it at all here in the blog.
