Hi Donna! I had the same thing happen last year with our butternut squash! You will have squash coming out your ears. I had to give some away! The garden does look lovely though!

Butternut squash is a winter squash. How long do they actually keep? Do you have to put them in a "root cellar"?
ReplyDeleteButternut squash makes better pumpkin pie than pumpkin. That would be an awful lot of pumpkin pie though...
