Duh

Why didn't somebody tell me that you don't have to harvest butternut squash until the first frost?

I feel so stupid.

    My first experience with this squash also. I only had 1 and I have harvested it but don't know what to do with it.

    OOOPs. Sorry, I thought you knew. It will last langer if you wait until then also. The outer shell is harder.
