I really looked forward to mealtime.
In a big way!
Like my bed-head? This shows me reunited with my Ipad.
My first walk the day after surgery.
The home health nurse measured my incision and said it's longer than most she's seen.
Cliff's nephew fed Jody for four days; now Cliff has inherited the job.
He's doing other jobs he isn't used to, as well. He says at least his fingernails are clean.
Nice to see Cliff doing some work around the place for a change! (grin)
ReplyDeleteThe photos tell the story perfectly. Glad you're home, recovering. Hang in there. It gets easier. You're going to have some rough days, though. Cliff looks like he's got things under control. Take care.
ReplyDeleteAt least you have some help. Cliff is a good guy. Helen
ReplyDeleteIt took me this long reading you to realize one of the reasons I like Cliff so....parts of his personality are very much like my Dad's...and yeah, from me that is a big compliment.
ReplyDeleteSending you well wishes every day.

I always said that cliff...he is a keeper LOL...hugs all day
ReplyDeletescrub them pots, cliff!
ReplyDeleteDonna, you have a gem in Cliff! Walker's idea of doing dishes after my surgery was to wad up the Mc Donald's wrappers, since he didn't cook, either! Hope you're feeling great ~
ReplyDeleteYou are looking good and I think your positive attitude is helping in your recovery.
ReplyDeleteCliff looks good doing the dishes. :-)

Okay, now that huge incision scares me. You hospital stay seemed nice. Love the kitchen shot. Calf bottle, barn view, Cliff in overalls doing dishes. Perfect!
ReplyDeleteDang, Girl, nice stitches!! That goes most of the way from here to there.
ReplyDeleteCliff's a good guy!
ReplyDeleteWow, that is a long line of stitches! Glad you are progressing along, and your positive attitude is a wonderful thing!
ReplyDeleteI had to smile at Cliff doing the dishes and saying at least he has clean fingernails now!! Haha!
