That was some flood. Not sure where this is, but midwest perhaps. I'm trying to remember all the places it rained and rained. Have a great WW. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful countryside!! Glad the waters ceased.
ReplyDeleteAmazing. Nature is a powerful force. Doesn't always take long for a landscape to be transformed.
ReplyDeleteAmazing photos. We had some floods here in early June in Australia. It is amazing what force water really has...
ReplyDeleteOur WW is up as well if you want to stop by...
Quite the flood. I like that you took all the photos on horseback.
ReplyDeleteI remember getting floods like this when I lived in Oklahoma.

That's incredible! It doesn't even look like the same place. Isn't truly remarkable how the vegetation and everything is able to come back after such devastation?

ReplyDeleteHappy WW!

ReplyDeleteWow, that is amazing. It is hard to imagine how the water can take over such a vast area, but there it is. It's like a sea rising out of nowhere. Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWow, the changes in the land are amazing.
ReplyDeleteInteresting photos... I'm so glad the land was able to recover.

Whoa! That is amazing! I thought it must be a lake that just was raised due to the floods, but that is a LOT of flooding!
ReplyDeleteAnd life comes back, resilient. Love the horse ears.
ReplyDeleteHoly cow! That really shows the extent of the flooding! Glad you're drying out.
