How a cow gets acquainted with her new calf

Be sure to turn your sound up; you'll hear a sound that cows only make when they have a new calf, sort of a hum.

Just catching up on journals. (I've been out of comission for the last month) THIS is the sweetest thing I have seen in a long time. I am so happy you posted it. What does Secret think about her? Anne

Secret seems more than ready to help, but I think she's gonna miss out on being a wet nurse, lol.

He's adorable, and it's been a long time since I've heard that Mama Cow hum. :o)

I heard my Jersey mama doing that to her new baby. Guess they are loving it and getting it used to her voice. Glad everything turned out ok for them after the ordeal you went through. Helen
