To check on my daughter's updates

I know a lot of my friends and readers are coming here to see what's going on with my daughter, Rachel.  Rather than tell you every time she does an update, I've put her picture on the sidebar of my blog.  If you click on that picture, it will take you to her blog and you can see if she has updated.  I will continue to share her updates on Facebook from time to time, since not all my Facebook friends read this blog.

I've been over there several times to leave a comment. I KNOW how hard this stage is while you're still getting started on treatment and figuring things out. Hated it. Still do, but it's easier with a plan. Hugs to you, Donna. Being the mom in this situation is awful too. I'm thinking of Cliff too because dads always want to protect their girls from any pain. Very difficult for them also. :(

I have been reading your daughter's updates but I didn't leave comments. This has been an incredibly difficult journey for both of you. Rachel's optimism has been an inspiration. Recovery will be tedious but I'm truly hoping that the worst is over.

My brother's wife just went through this whole thing too. Amazing what they can do with reconstruction. The expanders are tough to deal with but it's well worth it. Keeping Rachel and all of you on my prayer list.

Am following Rachel's progress closely, Donna.

I'm now following her as well. Get her to set up email alerts by email. Makes keeping up so much easier. Have a good Sunday night,
