If you readers could be a mouse (the four-legged kind) in my computer room sometimes, you'd have to laugh at me.
Over on the right, down the page a little, you'll see the most recently updated entries in some of the blogs I read, along with a snippet of what's been written on them. I read a variety of blogs authored by people from all walks of life; some of them tend to use a little colorful language from time to time. If that language is used in the title of an entry, the offending words show up on my blog.
Picture me getting up in the morning, turning on the computer, seeing curse words on my blog, shrieking, and hurriedly removing the offending blog from my list. After a few days with no bad words in their opening lines, I'll add them again, figuring they got it out of their systems for awhile.
I've been known to remove Midtown Miscreant, the Russian, and Remo at various times. Not that I'm offended by them, mind you. And I certainly wouldn't censor them for the world; I just don't want f-bombs on my blog. This morning as I once again removed Remo, I had to laugh at myself. As soon as the offending post falls off at the bottom, I'll likely put him back on my list. He is funny, after all.
You guys certainly keep me on my toes.
Geesh. The F-word was on my blog all night, while I was sleeping; and I didn't even know it.
