I take magnesium gummies. They taste great. something to look into. also on potasium. Acid refux is the worst. only thing that keeps mine in check is Pepcid. When you start feeling the way you do, your body is saying Whoa Nellie. Got to slow down and rest. cliff will muddle through. my hubby learned to slice the potato up in slices and he puts different seasoning on them and zaps them in the microwave. a great meal with raw carrots and a banana. for breakfast a hardboiled egg and half an avocado. easy things. he can do it . you have to take care of you right now. saying prayers that you will feel better soon. We eat almost the same thing and I'm a little low. I've read that too much potassium can cause some cardiac problems.Kayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07461569436322815787noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36183952.post-57067708708169914832021-04-18T14:53:01.936-05:002021-04-18T14:53:01.936-05:00The worst part about getting old (in my middle age...The worst part about getting old (in my middle aged eyes) is finding the right balance in medications. A banana a day will keep your potassium in check but just to be sure, a check of your potassium level should be done twice yearly, when you see your doctor. My doctor requires me to see him every 12 weeks but some don't. Most of what I had to say is in the comment section of the previous post. I'm praying for you, honey. ~Andrea xoxo The Feminine Energyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02145843258211481300noreply@blogger.com
